Our Directors

Hi, I'm Vicki!

I'm the founder and Co-Director of Antrim School of Music, and I’m so happy to welcome you to our vibrant community! For over 15 years, I’ve been passionately teaching piano and singing, helping students of all ages and abilities find their musical voice. I also founded Antrim Kids Choir and volunteered as Musical Director until 2022, when I handed the reigns over to complete my Masters Degree.

I hold both a Diploma in Music Teaching and a Diploma in Early Childhood Music from the London College of Music (LCM). Teaching is at the heart of everything I do, and I believe in always growing and learning alongside my students. I completed my Masters in Creative Musicianship at Ulster University, graduating in December 2023, and super I’m excited to bring fresh ideas and new approaches to music education at the school and within the wider community.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. As a kid, I was that student who was always in the orchestra, the choir, school plays—anything musical! Outside of school, I joined every music society I could, and that love for music has only grown. I am also a music consultant and musical director and hope to expand my practice as the school grows.

Music truly is my life—I eat, sleep, and breathe it! Teaching has always been my dream, and I’m especially passionate about making music accessible to everyone, no matter their background. With Antrim School of Music, that dream is now a reality, and I’m thrilled to share this journey with you. Let’s make music together!

Hi, I'm Rebecca! I'm the Co-Director of Antrim School of Music.

I'm a lover of all things music and a music tech nerd! I have been playing guitar, bass guitar and songwriting for over 20 years. I have achieved Grade 8 in Guitar, Bass guitar and a Diploma in Music Technology. I also sing and do photography!

I have over 10 years experience of designing, facilitating and managing creative projects primarily based around music, music production and songwriting. I have experience in live sound, recording, mixing and mastering music.

I am also an Arts Awards Adviser and Connected Kids Meditation teacher along with other qualifications, I love to keep learning! I have been teaching for 12 years and love to meet new students and watch them grow and achieve their ambitions as a player or a performer.

My ethos is to bring music and arts to people from all walks of life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Music and arts changed my life, and continues to do so, and I want to give others the opportunities to pursue their creative passions.
